Is the path you are following leading you towards a purposeful life? If you answered no, consider reading Habakkuk 2:2 "And the Lord answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain..." Don't allow yourself to get distracted from your original plan just because of a few fears or mishaps that occur along the way. Try to create small measurable goals and replace negative thoughts with positive ones.

I can help you learn to learn to self-regulate emotions, heal from trauma, and understand yourself. Are you ready to evaluate the path you are on? Your roadmap can lead you to your purpose. The time is now, schedule a session with one of our staff members to help you identify ways to venture through the detours towards a life of purpose.
